Policies

The Parish Council supports the local community. It operates using the General Power of Competence (GPC).

It is important that the Parish Council works within the law and operates good practices and therefore policies and procedures are essential for ensuring that all business is conducted in the correct manner, both legally and transparently.

The Parish Council's current policies and procedures can be viewed here. They are reviewed annually by Full Council at the Annual Meeting of the Council in May. Please check the minutes for this confirmation. They are also amended when necessary in line with legislative changes.
